1. Order Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch:

If you wish to cancel an order, you can do so within 6 hours of placing the order. We would not be able to cancel the order once it is dispatched.

To cancel,

A full refund will be initiated (after deduction of payment gateway transaction charges, if any).

After Dispatch/ Shipping:

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

However, you may still be eligible for a return and refund (see section below).

2. Return Policy:

We take pride in delivering fresh, hygienic, and safe organic products. However, in rare cases where you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items.

Eligible Returns:

1) Damaged, defective, or expired products.

2) Wrong item delivered.

3) Sealed/unopened packages (in case of capsules, tablets, powders, or supplements) returned within 7 days of delivery. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items:

1) Opened or used food, herbal, or supplement products (for hygiene reasons).

2) Items returned without original packaging, invoice, or proof of purchase.

3) Free gifts, samples, or promotional items.

To initiate a return, please email us pictures of the product condition and invoice copy.

How to request a return:

3. Refund Policy:

Approved Returns:

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be credited back to your original mode of payment (credit card, debit card, UPI, wallet, net banking).

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Refund Deductions:

1)Transaction fees charged by payment gateways are non-refundable.

2) Return shipping/courier costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).

Refund Not Possible If:

1)The product is used or tampered with.

2)The return request is made after the allowed time frame (7 days).

3)The item falls under the non-returnable category.

4. Exchange Policy:

Exchanges are allowed only if the delivered product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To be eligible, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photo or video proof of the issue.

Requests raised after 24 hours or without proper proof will not be accepted.

Once verified, we will send a replacement of the same product only.

No cash refunds or monetary compensation will be given under the exchange policy.

Replacement will be shipped within 5–7 working days after approval.

5. Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received your refund within the mentioned time:

First, check your bank or payment provider.
